Overview
ZW32-12 outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter
referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor distribution
equipment with rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC of 50Hz.It
is mainly used to open and close load current, overload current and
short circuit current in power system.It is suitable for the
protection and control in the power distribution system of
substation and industrial and mining enterprises, as well as the
places where the rural power grid is frequently operated. The
circuit breaker has the characteristics of small volume, light
weight, anti-condensation, free maintenance and so on. It can adapt
to the harsh weather conditions and dirty environment.

Conditions of Use
1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40 degrees, lower limit
-40 degrees.
2. Altitude: ≤2000m.
3. Wind pressure: no more than 700Pa.
4. Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees.
5. Pollution level: Grade IV.
6. The maximum daily temperature difference: no more than 25
degrees.
7. Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and
the monthly average is not more than 90%.
8. There is no place where there is flammability, explosion hazard,
chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
Structural features
1. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, which
has the characteristics of stable and reliable breaking
performance, no burning and explosion hazard, maintenance-free,
small size, light weight and long life.
2. The circuit breaker adopts a fully enclosed structure with good
sealing performance, which helps to improve the moisture-proof and
anti-condensation performance, and is especially suitable for use
in severe cold or humid areas.
3. The three-phase pillar and current transformer adopt imported
outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or use internal epoxy resin
outsourcing organic silicon rubber solid insulation; it has the
characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, ultraviolet
resistance, and aging resistance.
4. The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating
mechanism, the power of the energy storage motor is small, and the
energy consumption of opening and closing is low; the mechanism
transmission adopts the real motion transmission mode, the number
of parts is small, and the reliability is high. The operating
mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the
problem of corrosion of the operating mechanism and improves the
reliability of the mechanism.
5. The opening and closing operations of the circuit breaker can
adopt manual or electric operation and remote remote control
operation. It can be matched with an intelligent controller to
realize power distribution automation, and can also be combined
with a recloser controller to form an automatic recloser and a
sectioning device.
6. The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or
three-phase current transformers for over-current or short-circuit
protection, and can also provide current acquisition signals to the
intelligent controller; current transformers for metering can be
installed according to user requirements.
7. The circuit breaker can be equipped with a three-phase linkage
isolating switch. When the isolating switch is open, there is an
obvious fracture, and it has an anti-misoperation interlock device
with the circuit breaker body. Only when the isolating knife is
completely closed or completely The circuit breaker can only be
operated when it is open. Arrester post insulators can be connected
to make maintenance easy.
